The Movelet is a waveform analysis system (noise inspection system) developed for the purpose of performing in-line automatic inspections of sounds and vibrations. It captures the sound and vibrations generated from the product under test and conducts quantitative analysis to make judgments similar to those made based on the human senses. The Movelet uses an analytical technique called "fluctuation conversion" to perform enhancement processing of a specific frequency band so that it can be used for inspection at production sites where there is a lot of noise and sound. We also offer the Movelet analysis tool "MVA-62i," which consists of three types of programs.
